It depends on scope. We do not quote before understanding the situation, because a random estimate harms both sides. After the discovery session we give an indicative range, and after the analysis a precise price per phase. Our proposals are in UAE dirhams (AED) and subject to 5% VAT under UAE regulations, shown separately in the quotation.

Payment is tied to phases rather than time: an instalment on approval of the scope, then one on delivery and acceptance of each phase. We issue a compliant invoice for every instalment and accept local bank transfer in AED.

Analysis and roadmap: 1 to 2 weeks. An AI agent or automation flow: a few weeks. A landing page: 1 to 2 weeks. A corporate website: 3–6 weeks. A custom system: the first usable phase in 4–8 weeks, then subsequent phases.

Always in phases. We ship the first usable version early so you can test it and give feedback, rather than waiting months and discovering the understanding was different.

Yes. Custom systems are handed over with their code, database and documentation, and your data is yours in all cases — exported in a usable format on request.

Yes. Connecting to an existing CRM or ERP, to WhatsApp, email and campaign platforms, and to accounting systems and internal databases is core to our work.

We discuss this against your requirements. Options include hosting inside the UAE with providers that operate local regions, regional or global hosting, or your own servers where policy requires it. In all cases we comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.

Yes, through a support and development agreement covering fixes, updates and new additions.

We hand over the code, documentation and credentials and cooperate with the transition. We do not build solutions that lock clients in.

The agent answers from a knowledge base you approve — your services, pricing and policies — not from general knowledge. If a question falls outside its scope it does not guess; it hands over to your team. You can review every conversation and adjust responses at any time.
